• Exterior: has a lot of finishing materials, including Canadian cedar, with the sides and rear having indigenous cedar cladding or James Hardie cement board on all sides or render. The base can be a concrete slab or a metal pin for quick installation.
• Screed or self-levelling compound for a smooth finish.
• EPDM rubber roof with a 40-year manufacturer's warranty;
• Guttering and trims are available in anthracite grey or black.
• Doors and Windows: Includes 1 French or sliding door and 1 big window, positioned according to your taste.
